PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION.

Although The Company is not a covered entity according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the information gathered on our study prescreening questionnaires is the equivalent of a survey rather than a medical record, We understand that information supplied on such online forms may be of a sensitive nature and that the research sites We work with must comply with HIPAA guidelines.
