For each clinical trial we undertake – from the smallest, one-market rescue study to a full-blown global campaign – he provides insightful strategy and unmatched marketing expertise.

Robert Loll SVP, Business Development & Strategic Planning

Robert has more than 25 years of healthcare and sales management experience, assisting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies with patient enrollment solutions for global research studies. Prior to joining Praxis, Robert served for seven years as the vice president of business development and lead strategist for a company specializing in patient recruitment. Tricia Barrett SVP, Managing Director

A member of the Praxis team since 2003, Tricia oversees all Praxis operations from proposal generation through completed, enrolled studies. Her experience encompasses a wide range of therapeutic areas and tactical strategies, which brings a unique approach to patient recruitment that focuses on both sound science and innovative execution.

Karen Grobe Director of Project Management

Karen works with our team of Project Managers and Site Relations Specialists to execute recruitment and retention campaigns for all of our clients. She ensures that campaigns run smoothly, research sites are supported, and internal Praxis teams are aware of study milestones and successes. Most importantly, she makes sure that each member of our project management team is growing, learning, happy, and successful.

A healthcare marketing veteran, Colleen is constantly on the lookout for opportunities in which Praxis can help pharmaceutical and biotech companies advance their clinical trial processes. A self-professed data fanatic, Andrea has more than 10 years of experience in market research and analytics. She and her growing team support our media experts to optimize our patient enrollment efforts through predictive modeling and linguistic analysis.

Karen draws on nearly 20 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing to help shape the strategy for each of our patient recruitment and retention campaigns. With an eye on what’s new and trending in the world of clinical research, she guides our proposal team to ensure we always design tailored, patient-centric solutions.

Malissa Bowman Associate Director, Operations

Malissa mentors our Project Managers and Site Relations Specialists in campaign management, with an eye toward agency regulatory adherence. She also oversees proprietary software management and development. Malissa’s regulatory experience is an asset to Praxis, and especially comes in handy when we’re navigating difficult recruitment challenges.

Biagio Patti VP, Associate Media Director

Biagio has been with Praxis for nearly a decade developing and executing highly targeted media campaigns that are based on deep research and focused on driving results. He and his team provide ongoing optimization of proposed media programs to continually increase efficiency and improve ROI.
