In our early days, it was still a novel idea for pharmaceutical companies to outsource patient recruitment. So we wanted to convince decisionmakers that utilizing an expert in the field freed them up from focusing on this function so they could do the jobs they’re better equipped to do. The response was resounding with many new partners hanging onto these pieces or art for years.
