“Analytics” is a word that both intrigues and intimidates. At its core, it’s defined as the systematic, logical analysis of data. But that seems to be a pretty simplified way of laying out all that our analysts truly do when it comes to supporting – and often driving – patient recruitment and retention campaigns.
Our analytics team at Praxis is comprised of six shining stars, all of whom have an impressive list of educational accomplishments and certifications that have helped shape them into skillful analysts. Not to mention, in addition to being insanely intelligent, they’re some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
While our analysts traveled far and wide for their undergraduate careers, Andrea, Mary Kate, Brett, Cheryl, Chris, and Malak all received their master’s degrees from colleges in Western New York. Their course loads included topics ranging from business strategy to personality psychology, which makes them a well-rounded bunch with a wealth of interdisciplinary knowledge.
And graduating with their master’s degrees was only the beginning of the journey for our analytics team. They have gone on to pursue continuing-education opportunities, including certifications and training courses that are directly applicable to their day-to-day work.
So what does all of this mean for Praxis and our clients? Using the knowledge and skills gained through their endless educational endeavors, our analytics team is able to approach and evaluate each new set of data in the most thorough and efficient way: They mine social media for firsthand patient insights regarding conditions. They determine which of our tactics are working the hardest. They monitor the patient pathway, enabling us to change and adapt accordingly. They consistently deliver accurate results and ensure that all teams remain on track throughout every campaign.
