Project Manager.

Praxis is currently seeking a Project Manager to support the execution and management of recruitment campaigns.

  • Coordinate centralized recruitment and retention efforts for national and international clinical research trials
  • Organize development and implementation of national advertising campaigns, media buys, and public relations efforts for research trials
  • Manage day-to-day patient recruitment activities for specific medical research studies
  • Coordinate with client and vendors in execution of recruitment plan according to timeline
  • Work directly with and encourage multiple research sites on daily basis to implement patient recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Work closely with analytics team on tracking data and metrics associated with study performance
  • Manage internal resources associated with each research trial; including site relations, creative, media, analytics, production, and outreach
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations, weekly reports, and final summary reports for clients
  • Attend and participate in client and study-related meetings as needed


  • Four-year college degree
  • Two to three years of analogous work experience (marketing, advertising, healthcare, customer service)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
