Account Manager.

Praxis is a seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team for oversight of the execution and management of clinical research recruitment and retention campaigns.

  • Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers and Project Coordinators
  • Oversee recruitment and retention efforts for national and international clinical research studies
  • Manage internal resources associated with each research study including project management, creative, media, analytics, digital, production, and outreach
  • Prepare insightful creative briefs that inspire breakthrough creative concepts
  • Oversee development and implementation of national advertising campaigns, media buys, and outreach efforts
  • Manage study budgets and monthly billing to ensure accuracy, identify cost-savings, and proactively recommend client contract addendums when needed
  • Oversee coordination and execution of recruitment plans and timelines with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Work closely with the Praxis analytics team, tracking data and metrics associated with performance
  • Prepare for and participate in study-related meetings


  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of work experience within an advertising agency or related company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Confident and assertive
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
  • Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business
  • Passionate, motivated, and hardworking
  • Willingness to travel
