For a five-month period, we ran an advertising
campaign that included print and radio ads,
a study website, a recruitment poster, and an
in-office brochure. During this time, our centralized
recruitment management filtered out all candidates
who would definitely not qualify for the study before
they made any contact with research sites. This
process allowed sites to focus on screening those
interested referral candidates who pre-qualified for
enrollment – resulting in the client achieving their
goal a full two months ahead of schedule.
